The Optical Society of America (OSA) plans to dedicate special issues of JOSA A and JOSA B for September 2020, on the current state of progress of research in Optics in Africa. These special issues were announced last week, follow this link (please also see the flyer attached to this mail):

Contributions will be accepted till May 01, 2020. Contributions are highly expected from all African scientists and their collaborators working in various fields of optics, to showcase our research works in these fields. We count on you to ensure large distribution of this information to those who might be inteested.
